What we collect
- Order details: occasion, recipient name, sender name, the notes/loves/extra info you type in, genre and vibe.
- Payment info: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a transaction ID and the email you provide to Stripe.
- Generated song: the audio file, lyrics, and title produced for your order.
- Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.
How we use it
- To generate, deliver, and play back your song.
- To process payments and prevent fraud.
- To respond to support requests.
- To improve service quality.
Third parties
- Stripe — payment processing.
- ElevenLabs / Replicate — AI song generation. Your prompt details are sent to these providers.
- Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — database and file storage hosting.
Retention
Order records and generated songs are retained so you can return to your /play link. Email hello@givatune.com to request deletion of your order and song.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies/local storage required for the site to function. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
