Refund Policy

GivaTune songs are custom, AI-generated digital goods produced on demand for a specific recipient and prompt. Because each song is unique and consumed immediately, all sales are final once a song has been successfully generated and delivered.

When you ARE eligible for a refund

  • Your song failed to generate due to a technical error on our side and we cannot recover it.
  • You were charged but no order was created.
  • Duplicate charge for the same order.

When you are NOT eligible for a refund

  • You don't like how the AI interpreted the lyrics, voice, or genre. AI output is inherently unpredictable — please review the sample vibe before purchasing.
  • You typed the recipient name, occasion, or details incorrectly.
  • You changed your mind after the song generated successfully.

How to request a refund

Email hello@givatune.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID (in your /play link). We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than your bank can.
