1. What Givatune Is
Givatune creates custom AI-generated personalized songs delivered digitally. By using our service you agree to these terms.
2. All Sales Are Final
Because every song is created uniquely for you, all sales are final. No refunds after generation begins. If your song fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, we will regenerate it at no charge.
3. What You're Buying
You receive a personalized digital audio file and accompanying materials based on the tier purchased. You may share, download, and enjoy your song for personal use. You may not resell it or claim authorship.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit requests containing hate speech, content targeting minors inappropriately, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
Givatune™ retains rights to its platform, technology, and processes. The song delivered to you is yours to keep and enjoy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Givatune's liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages.
