1. The Service

GivaTune ("we", "us") generates personalized AI songs based on details you provide (occasion, recipient, genre, vibe, and optional notes). Songs are generated using third-party AI providers and delivered as a downloadable/streamable audio file.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase a song.

3. Your Content

You are responsible for the information you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, infringes intellectual property, or includes another person's private information without their consent. We may refuse or remove orders that violate these rules and issue a refund at our discretion.

4. License to Generated Songs

For personal, non-commercial use you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to play, share, and gift your generated song. Commercial use (e.g. advertising, resale, broadcast) is not granted by default — contact us first.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method. See our Refund Policy.

6. AI Disclaimer

Generated songs are produced by AI and may contain unexpected lyrics, pronunciation quirks, or musical artifacts. Output is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GivaTune's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
