How AI is involved

GivaTune is AI-created, and we're proud of it. You provide the names, memories, feelings, and details. Our system turns those into lyrics, and then into a recorded song with vocals and instrumentation.

No human songwriter personally writes or performs your song. We do not claim otherwise, and we won't describe a song as human-composed or studio-performed when it isn't.

What you can do with your song

When you complete a purchase, you receive a personal-use license: you may play the song, download it, keep it, and share it privately with the person it's for, their family, and their friends.

Personal use does not include selling the song, using it in paid advertising, or distributing it commercially on streaming platforms. If you want broader rights for a project, contact us and we'll tell you honestly what is and isn't possible.

What "one-of-a-kind" means

Your song is generated specifically from the details you provide, so its lyrics and recording are made for your gift and are not sold to anyone else.

It does not mean we can guarantee that no other song will ever sound stylistically similar, and it does not mean we register a copyright on your behalf.

Are downloads permanent?

The MP3 you download is yours to keep, on your own device, indefinitely. Hosted gift pages and hosted audio links are provided as a convenience and may change over time, so we recommend downloading and saving a copy.

Your details and photos

We keep the information you enter so we can produce your song, show you your order, and support you afterwards. Photos you add to a gift page are shown on that page only.

Gift pages are unlisted and are not indexed by search engines by default. We do not publish your song, your story, or your recipient's name publicly without asking you first.

Data retention and deletion

You can ask us to delete your project details, uploaded photos, and gift pages at any time by contacting support. We keep the minimum payment and tax records the law requires.

We do not sell your personal information.

Training

We do not use your song, lyrics, photos, or personal stories to train models, and we don't hand them to third parties for that purpose.

What we can and cannot guarantee

We can guarantee that your song is generated from your details, that you can hear it before paying, and that we'll correct factual errors such as a misspelled name or a wrong date.

We cannot guarantee how a person will react, that a song will be finished by an exact minute, that a particular voice or genre will sound exactly as you imagine it, or that any specific creative choice will please everyone.
